How can I tell if an item is in stock?

Inventory is updated daily on our site but from time to time there are exceptions. If you have questions about availability please contact us at sales@kimag.com.my or +603 8938 2066.

What happens if an item is on backorder?

If an item has been delayed beyond the shipping time listed on the website, we will attempt to contact you via email when we become aware of the delay. You have the option of canceling the order at that time, or waiting until the backorder is filled to receive your product.

Can you special order items not listed on your website?

As long as we are set up with the specific manufacturer, we can get any product within their tool lines. If you are interested in a non-listed tool, please email us at sales@kimag.com.my and we’ll assist in getting a special order placed.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

What is your policy on typographical & pricing errors?

Kimag.com is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors. In the event that there is a typographical error in the pricing of a product you have ordered, we will contact you upon discovery of the error. In the event that there is an order for only the discontinued item, we will cancel the order. If there is an order that contains additional products, we will contact the customer with options of canceling the one item or the entire order. We strive to make sure errors such as these do not occur; however from time to time they may happen. PAYMENT & CHECKOUT

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge 6% Goods & Services Tax (GST) to Malaysian residents.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our checkout page accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal as forms of payment. We also accept direct payment by Bank Transfer.

How secure is your checkout? Is my credit card information safe?

KIMAG makes customer security a high priority. We do not store or keep any credit card information in our databases and all payment information is sent directly to our 100% secure processor.

WARRANTY

What is your warranty period?

Our items comes with 1 year warranty and above. Some economical items due to the nature of its cost, we offer limited warranty. Most warranty is classified as Factory Warranty. This means the products are covered for only manufacturer faults and within the warranty period. Cases like damages caused by user carelessness or water infiltration is not covered.

Please call or email for repairing prior to sending any product back to us. Never send a package direct to the manufacturer, unless we tell you to do so.

Please note that goods sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.

What if my product I received is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at 03 – 8938 2066 to report the damage. It may require an inspection of the product and/or the product may need to be returned to us. It may also require forms to be completed for the carrier. In some cases we may need assistance from our customer to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed. We may also need assistance from our customer to ensure that all items are returned to the carrier or to us at Kimag.com. We will discuss return shipping options when you you report the damaged shipment. We reserve the right to charge the original credit card if an item is not returned in the appropriate time frame. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING

Do you ship to international addresses?

At this time, we only ship within Malaysia and regions around such as Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand.
